Escrow closed today and we picked up the keys while we conducted our last walk through. We are all so excited, expecially Abby because she has stairs to crawl up and a room painted with pink butterflies. She also gets to peruse through empty boxes... 
We move the furniture on Sunday and have the rest of the month to move the rest of our junk... Abby has spoken her first word, "hello" and signed her first sign, "doggie". I caught the second on tape...Also, she loves to play ball with Roxy and her Daddy. Enjoy the videos. I am SO excited for you guys!! And yes, it seems we are always 6 months behind you so we should be running 100 mile marathons and buying our home in... July? :P
When's the house warming party? Breydon wants to show Abby how he can sit up by himself now! :)
